1 Every Double Strafing skill cast will grant you with Fear Breeze effect, increasing your Haste Rate by 0.4% for each application. This effect may stack up to a maximum of 5 times and last 30 seconds.
Every new application refreshes the duration, but at 5 stacks, additional cast will no longer refresh the duration.		 0 0 0
2 Every Double Strafing skill cast will grant you with Fear Breeze effect, increasing your Haste Rate by 0.8% for each application. This effect may stack up to a maximum of 5 times and last 30 seconds.
